Appellate Court says "no" to McWilliams
Mayor Albert T. McWilliams cannot run on the Republican ticket for mayor in November.
Today New Jersey's Appellate Court overturned last Thursday's (Sept. 29, 2005) ruling by Union County Superior Court Judge Walter R. Barisonek.
The Appellate order gives the Republican Party until Thursday to find another candidate.
