Troubles!

My new modem is going on and off randomly! Wish me luck with Verizon!

Sounds like old Bell telephone wires causing havoc when it rains.

Ask Verizon to assign you a new cable pair and be persistant about it telling them to check your repair reports to show this is an on-going problem.

Also, if you complain enough or threaten to drop themm you might get a free month or adjustment on your bill
