North Avenue Items Up Tonight, Tomorrow

A redevelopment proposal for a Park Avenue building in the North Avenue Historic District is on tonight's Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda.

The meeting is 7 p.m. in City Hall Library. The applicant, Next Step to Collins Avenue, LLC, is a Landmark company. Click here for previous posts about this building.

Two other applications by Landmark developer Frank Cretella are up for Planning Board review tomorrow. That meeting is 8 p.m. in City Hall Library.

Please check the prior blog post for details on what the developer has in mind for these three sites. I will try to attend both meetings and I hope those who have tried to monitor redevelopment in the North Avenue Historic District will also attend.
