Cretella Project on ZBA Agenda

The agenda for tonight's Zoning Board of Adjustment includes an application by one of Frank Cretella's companies, Next Step to Collins Avenue LLC, for 226-232 Park Avenue. He is requesting a use variance for "density height floor area ratio," according to the agenda, as well as relief from bulk requirements for twelve 1-bedroom units and retail space.
