Park Avenue Proposal Postponed

I dutifully went to the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting Wednesday only to find that the case in which I was most interested, in the application of "Next Step to Collins Ave. LLC," was not being heard.

The applicant sought to be heard in July, but because the board does not usually meet then, the hearing may not take place until August.

I skipped the rest of the meeting in favor of a night off.
