Slow News Night
Due to my responsibility to serve as Shade Tree Commission secretary Wednesday, I could not attend the forum across town.Courier News reporter Mark Spivey should soon have a good report.
Meanwhile, all I have to offer is the image of Mousie lying down with Mr. Bear, in an analogy to the Biblical lion lying down with the lamb. Peace on earth, you say? I think we got it right here.

I'm not sure the bear thinks it's so much Peace on Earth! I can hear him screaming, "Big cat! Heavy cat!"
